Calls for reactive repairs are responded to under the terms of the service level agreements, which are often specified in 1hr/ 3hr/ end of day/ 3 day timeframes.

From initial proposals, planning and installation, inspection, through to testing and commissioning.
If any issues are identified during our consultation one of our expert engineers or managers will investigate faults and report on their findings
We will also provide a free quote for the repair or replacement of any faulty equipment as part of the report
There will be a small charge for this service, at either a day or hourly rate for their time spent there.
