Solent has been a university since July 2005, but it has a long and complex educational history. Since becoming a university, Solent has helped nearly fifty thousand students from all walks of life to make the most of their potential. Guided by three Vice-Chancellors in turn, the University has changed dramatically over the past ten years – from campus improvements to the latest state-of-the-art facilities.
Contract details
Corrigenda provide the overall co-ordination of Planned and Reactive Maintenance services to the Solent University facilities, ensuring statutory and mandatory compliance is achieved at all times.
The M&E maintenance includes, but not be limited to:
- HVAC
- HCWS
- BMS
- LV electrical and distribution
- External lighting
- Photovoltaics
- PAT testing
- Ventilation duct cleaning
- Lightning protection
