Project description
Project to replace Chiller plant at the Portsmouth City Council’s Civic office building. The project itself involved, public road closures, crane lifts and localised pipework replacement. Working with the Portsmouth City engineering team we were able to value engineer the project and achieve a saving of around £200k.
