Contract description
The works comprise of the maintenance and servicing of the Mechanical and Electrical, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment in various buildings around the Port Estate. The buildings and locations are: Ocean Gate, VTS Centre, QE11 Cruise Terminal, Ocean Terminal, 29 Berth Office, Town Quay, City Cruise Terminal, Mayflower Cruise Terminal, Central Workshops, Operations House, Hythe Radar Station, Calshot Radar Station, Eastney Radar Station, Gottwald Harbour Mobile Cranes.
Churches also provide a 24 hour call-out cover to attend equipment breakdowns.
