Contract description
Corrigenda provide Facility Services for the following service regimes.
Mechanical Gas/ Oil/ LPG bi annual servicing PPM contract with 24hr reactive repairs to a portfolio of residential care properties across the Central South region. The Priory premises house patients with various issues including drug and mental health needs which requires us to ensure we meet our SLA targets and use the best calibre of CRB checked, Gas Safe engineers.
