Cove Secondary School – Plant Room Refurbishment
Contract details
Replacement of boiler plant serving heating and HWS, including pumps, header, pipework, controls, etc. with one of the plant rooms of a large secondary school. The Project comprised of work within the existing boiler room and adjacent surrounds. Removal of the existing boiler plant and replace with new natural gas fired condensing boilers, HWS heater, flues, pumps and valves, modifications to Heating, MCW and Gas Supply pipework, electrical power and all associated equipment. Redundant boilers, gas and electrical components, pipework and cable will be removed from site.
Allow for all associated asbestos testing and removal work as identified within the asbestos R&D survey report. Allow for all BWIC make good including holes/surfaces/paintwork left by the works.
