NEC3 Term Service Contract for the Repair and Maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical Equipment for Property & Housing Assets. This contract is an open book, cost reimbursement contract, the services are divided into four main service areas:
- Responsive repairs and maintenance
- Routine and cyclical servicing
- Out of hours repairs
- Ad hoc planned maintenance task orders
- Contract arrangement on a 24/7 basis
