HCC provides services to over 1.3 million people living in the third largest county in England and is recognised as one of the highest performing Councils in the country. Its strong performance, in terms of efficiencies and service transformation has placed it in a stronger and more resilient position than most other authorities.
Contract details
HCC’s Property Services manage and maintain a large portfolio of property on behalf of the Contracting Authority. Corrigenda manage and deliver the Engineering Term Maintenance for the East side of the county.

- Cyclical and reactive maintenance
– 24 hours per day and every day of the year - Mechanical and electrical services
